The Historical Evolution and Logic of Labor Education Policy in China——An Analysis Based on the Framework of Supporting Alliances
Labor education is the Party's new requirement for education in the new era,which is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,and an important part of the comprehensive de-velopment of the education system.By analyzing the changes of China's labor education policy through the frame-work of supporting the alliance,it can be found that around the deep core belief of"healthy and sustainable devel-opment of labor education",three major alliances have been formed:government alliance,school alliance and fam-ily alliance.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's labor education has gone through the sta-ges of initial exploration,policy strengthening,deepening reform,and innovation development.The development of China's labor education policy needs to establish common values for policy change,eliminate the obstacles to policy change,and reasonably construct a framework for supporting labor education policy change.
