Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of 3D printing guide assisted pry-pick reduction Kirschner-wire internal fixation in the treatment of Sanders type Ⅱ and partial type Ⅲ calcaneal fractures. Methods Fif-ty patients with Sanders type Ⅱ and part of type Ⅲ calcaneal fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to Feb-ruary 2021 were selected as the study objects. All patients had unilateral fracture.According to the patients'wishes,3D printing combined with pry reduction Kirschner-wire internal fixation or conventional lateral L-shaped incision plate inter-nal fixation were selected, including 28 cases in the 3D printing group and 22 cases in the conventional surgery group. The postoperative Bochler Angle,Gissane Angle, the waiting time from injury to surgery, the placement rating of susten-taculum tail needle or screw, and postoperative AOFAS score were compared between the two groups. Results After 12 to 16 months of follow-up,the waiting time of 3D printing group was shorter than that of conventional surgery group(P<0.05),and the placement rating of sustentaculum tail needle or screw was higher than that of control group(P<O.001).There were no significant differences in postoperative Bohler Angle, postoperative Gissane Angle and postoperative AO-FAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion 3D printing combined with pry dial reduction Kirschner-wire internal fixation in the treatment of calcaneal fracture can achieve the same efficacy as traditional plate internal fixa-tion,and has greater advantages in preoperative waiting time and fixation accuracy, which is worth popularizing.
