Objective To investigate the effect of compound lidocaine cream combined with phloroglucinol on stone removal and analgesic effects in patients with urinary tract stones during extra-corporeal shock wave lithographs, and to evaluate its safety and effective-ness.Method One hundred and twenty patients diagnosed with upper urinary tract stones and eligible for extra-corporeal shock wave litho-graphs(ESWL)treatment were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.Compare the changes in relevant indicators before and during treatment between the two groups, evaluate the pain scale(VAS),and observe postoperative complications and stone clear-ance rate.Result During the lithograph treatment process, the VAS score of the observation group patients was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the stone clearance rate of the observation group patients at 1,4,and 12 weeks after surgery was significantly higher than that of the control group. The blood pressure, heart rate, and blood oxygen remained stable during the lithograph process in the ob-servation group. Conclusion The use of compound lidocaine cream combined with phloroglucinol 30 minutes before ESWL in patients with urinary tract stones can significantly improve the analgesic effect, improve the lithograph efficiency and stone clearance rate, and reduce the occurrence of complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
