Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low frequency treatment of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture on the patient of missed early miscarriage.Methods Eighty cases of missed early miscarriage patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment of missed early miscarriage,and the study group was added the low frequency treatment of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture on the control group.The time of gestational sac discharge,the a-mount of vaginal bleeding,the duration of vaginal bleeding,the remaining gestational tissue on the 7th and 14th day after gestational sac dis-charge,and the rate of complete abortion were compared between the two groups.Results The gestational sac discharge time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05),the amount of vaginal bleeding and the duration of vaginal bleeding were shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).On the 7th and 14th day after pregnancy sac discharge,the number and size of residual pregnancy tissue in the uterine cavity of the study group were smaller than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the complete abortion rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the course of drug treatment for missed early miscarriage,low frequency treatment of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture can promote the discharge of pregnancy sac,reduce the amount and duration of vaginal bleeding,reduce incomplete abortion,reduce the number of uterine clearing,and protect female fertility,which has certain clinical application value.
