Objective To analyze the effect of the ultrasound-guided transverses abdominis plane block on radio frequency abla-tion of uterine fibroids. Methods Sixty patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation of uterine fibroids in our hospital from December 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method:the control group(30 patients)and the TAP group(30 patients). Both groups underwent ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation of uterine fibroids, and the control group was anesthetized with propofol combined with remifentanil; The TAP group was anesthetized with propofol combined with remifentanil after ultrasound-guided transverse abdominal fascial plane block. The propofol dosage, mean arterial pressure, heart rate, awakening time, surgeon satisfaction and inci-dence of anesthesia-related adverse reactions in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference be-tween the two groups in age, weight and operation time(P>0.05),and the propofol dosage and awakening time of patients in the TAP group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.01),as shown in Table 1;There was a difference in the decrease of blood pressure in the control group at the T1 and T2 time points compared with the T0 time point(P<0.05)and at the T1 and T2 time points in the control group(P<0.05)as shown in Table 2;Respiratory depression in the TAP group(2 cases)was less than that of the control group(8 cases),and the number of cases in which the surgeon was satisfied(29 cases)was significantly higher than that of the control group(24 cases)as shown in Table 3.Conclusion The application of ultrasound-guided transverses abdominis fascia plane block in radio frequency ablation of uterine fibroids can provide satisfactory analgesic effects, binging more stable intraoperative circulation, rapid postoperative awakening, and low incidence of anesthesia-related adverse reactions. Thus the method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
