Clinical study on the effect of compound Danshen dropping pills on patients with left anterior descending coronary artery disease by four-dimensional spot tracking
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of compound Danshen dropping pills on acute myocardial infarction caused by left anterior descending branch of coronary artery by using four-dimensional dot tracking imaging.Methods Sixty-six patients with coro-nary heart disease were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,33 patients in each group.Percutaneous coronary intervention was performed in both groups,and the control group was given aspirin enteric-coated tablets with the initial dose of 300mg and the continuous dose of 100mg per day,once per day.Observation group was additionally given compound Dansh-en dropping pill,10 capsules/time,3 times/day.The two groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.Conventional echocardiography and 4D-STI were performed respectively in the two groups to measure left ventricular related cardiac function parameters,and the measured param-eters were compared between the two groups.Results LVEF,left ventricular systolic diameter,left ventricular diastolic diameter,left ventric-ular short axis shortening rate(FS),GLS-Avg,GLS-A2C were statistically significant in control group and observation group before and after treatment(P<0.05).The differences of LVEF,LVIDd,LVIDs,SV,FS,GLS-LAX and GLS-A4C before and after treatment in the observation group were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).GLS-Avg and GLS-A4C in the observation group were signifi-cantly different from those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of compound Danshen dripping pills on patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia during elective surgery is significant,which can improve the efficacy of aspirin on acute myocardial infarction,effectively improve the symptoms of patients and reduce the risk of myocardial ischemia.
