摘要
目的 比较两种切口对下颌阻生齿拔除术后的影响.方法 选取2018年10月～2019年10月就诊于广饶县丁庄中心卫生院的30例双侧对称阻生的下颌近中高位阻生齿的患者,采用自身对照试验,分别对采用袋状切口(n=30)及角型切口(n=30)拔除的60颗阻生齿进行比较分析.应用45°仰角高速涡轮手机去除阻力后拔除牙齿.对两种切口的疼痛程度、张口受限、肿胀和生活质量的影响进行评价分析.结果 术后第3天,两组患者疼痛程度、张口受限、社会隔离、饮食亚量表评分及总生活质量评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);术后第7天,两组张口受限比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),社会隔离、饮食亚量表评分及总生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 角型切口在下颌阻生齿拔除术后的前3d,在疼痛和张口受限方面优于袋状切口,且对生活质量影响较小.
Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of two different incisions on the extraction of impacted man-dibular teeth.Methods A total of 30 patients with bilateral symmetrically impacted mesial,middle and high mandibular impacted teeth were selected from October 2018 to October 2019 in Dingzhuang Central Health Center,Guangrao Coun-ty,Dongying City,Shandong Province.A self-controlled trial was conducted to compare and analyze 60 impacted teeth ex-tracted by bag-shaped incision(n=30)and angular incision(n=30),respectively.Application of 45° high speed turbine mobile pulling teeth after removal of resistance.The two incision pain degree,limited mouth opening,swelling and the in-fluence of the quality of life were analyzed.Results On the third day after surgery,there were significant differences in pain degree,limited mouth opening,social isolation,diet subscale score and total quality of life score between the two groups(P＜0.05).On the seventh day after surgery,there was statistical difference in limited mouth opening between two groups(P＜0.05),and there were no statistical differences in social isolation,diet subscale score and total quality of life score(P＞0.05).Conclusion The angular incision is superior to the bag incision in terms of pain and limitation of mouth opening during the first 3 days after the extraction of impacted mandibular teeth,and has less impact on the quality of life.
