血清IL-27和IL-33与儿童支气管哮喘的相关性分析

摘要
目的 分析IL-27、IL-33在支气管哮喘发病过程中的作用及临床意义,探讨支气管哮喘发病机制.方法 选取2021年11月~2023年8月在寿光市人民医院儿科确诊的支气管哮喘患儿60例作为研究对象,其中急性发作期组30例,临床缓解期组30例,选择同期于我院儿童保健门诊行健康查体的30例健康儿童作为对照组;检测并对比三组研究对象外周静脉血IL-27、IL-33水平及CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞含量.结果 血清IL-27浓度:对照组>临床缓解期组>急性发作期组(P<0.05);血清IL-33浓度:急性发作期组>临床缓解期组>对照组(P<0.05).CD4+细胞数量:急性发作期组高于临床缓解期组及对照组(P<0.05).CD8+细胞数量:急性发作期组低于临床缓解期组及对照组(P<0.05).哮喘患儿1L-27与IL-33呈负相关(P<0.01).结论 IL-33和IL-27分别作为促炎因子和抗炎因子参与了支气管哮喘的发病过程.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the role and clinical significance of IL-27 and IL-33 in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma and explore the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma.Methods Sixty children with bronchial asthma diagnosed in the Department of Pediatrics of Shouguang People's Hospital from November 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,including 30 cases in the acute attack group and 30 cases in the clinical remission group.Thirty healthy children who underwent physical examination in the children's health clinic of our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of IL-27 and IL-33 and the contents of CD3+,CD4+and CD8+cells in peripheral venous blood of the three groups were detected.Results Serum IL-27 concentration:control group>clinical remis-sion group>acute attack group(P<0.05);Serum IL-33 concentration:acute attack group>clinical remission group>control group(P<0.05).The number of CD4+cells in acute attack group was higher than that in clinical remission group and control group(P<0.05).The number of CD8+cells in acute attack group was lower than that in clinical remission group and control group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis between the two indexes in children with asthma:IL-27 and IL-33 were negatively correlated(P<0.01).Conclusion IL-33 and IL-27 are involved in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma as pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory factors,respectively.
