摘要
目的 探讨全麻患者术中应用静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)护理防护措施的有效性 方法 选取2023年1月～2023年6月本院收治的50例全麻手术患者作为观察对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者给予常规术中VTE护理防护措施,实验组患者术中除应用常规VTE护理防护措施外,加用预手术体位安置及间歇充气加压装置足底泵.选取两组患者术后VTE发生率、凝血功能指标、血流动力学参数变化作为观察指标.结果 实验组患者术后VTE发生率低于对照组,凝血功能指标、血流动力参数优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 术中应用VTE护理防护措施能够改善患者的凝血功能指标以及血流动力参数,降低全麻患者术后VTE的发生率,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the comparative study of nursing and protective measures of VTE in pa-tients with general anesthesia.Methods Fifty patients with general anesthesia surgery admitted to our hospital from Jan-uary 2023 to June 2023 were selected as observation objects and divided into a control group and an experimental group by digital scale method.Patients in the control group were given routine perioperative nursing,and patients in the experi-mental group were given VTE nursing and protective measures during the operation.The occurrence of postoperative VTE in the two groups was selected,and the changes in coagulation function indexes and hemodynamic parameters were taken as observation indexes.Results The incidence of postoperative VTE in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the coagulation function index and hemodynamic parameters were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion The application of VTE nursing and protective measures dur-ing operation can improve the coagulation function index and hemodynamic parameters of patients and reduce the occur-rence of VTE in patients after general anesthesia,which is worthy of promotion.
