温肾蠲痹汤联合督灸及柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效分析
Clinical study on the therapeutic efficacy of warm kidney remediation soup combined with supervised moxibustion and salicylazosulfapyridine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis

摘要
目的 观察温肾蠲痹汤联合督灸治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效.方法 将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分为两组,研究组(30例):柳氮磺胺吡啶联合温肾蠲痹汤+督灸治疗;对照组(30例):柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗,观察12周.比较两组临床疗效、中医证候、腰背痛、强直性脊柱炎疾病活动性指数(BASDAI)、强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI)评分,晨僵时间、臀地距及实验室指标变化.结果 治疗12周后,研究组总有效率90％,明显高于对照组(66.66％),P＜0.05.两组患者中医证候、腰背痛、BASDAI、BASFI评分及各炎症指标,与治疗前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);组间比较结果显示,研究组评分以及各炎症指标均优于对照组(P＜0.05).经治疗,两组患者MMP3及ERAP1在PBMCs中的表达均较治疗前下降,且研究组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 温肾蠲痹汤联合督灸用于治疗强直性脊柱炎,可改善患者的体征、临床症状、炎症指标,且能降低该疾病的活动度.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenshen Juanbi Tang combined with Du Moxibustion in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:the study group and the control group.Among them,the study group was treated with Wenshen Juanbi Tang combined with Du Moxibustion on the basis of applying sulfasalazine,while the control group was only treated with sulfasalazine for a total of 12 weeks of observation.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 86.66％,while the control group was 66.00％.It was clearly observed that the study group was signifi-cantly better than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the differences of Chinese medicine evidence,low back pain,BASDAI,BASFI scores and various inflammatory indicators of the two groups were statistically different when com-pared with those before treatment(P＜0.05);comparing between groups,the study group was better than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the expression of MMP3 and ERAP1 in PBMCs decreased in the food group compared to before treatment,and the decrease in the study group was more significant,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Warm kidney remediation soup combined with supervision and moxibustion is used to treat ankylosing spondylitis,which can improve the patient's physical signs,clinical symptoms,inflammatory indicators,and help reduce the activity of the disease.
