"联动型"医养结合模式中护理员及医护人员满意度影响因素研究

摘要
目的 对"联动型"医养结合模式中养老机构护理员及医院相关科室医护人员进行调查分析,发现其中存在的问题及影响医养结合模式满意度的因素,提出可行的改进建议和对策.方法 应用问卷调查法及访谈法对我院老年病科34名医护人员及协议养老机构中34名护理员进行调查分析.结果 养老机构护理员对"联动型"医养结合模式满意度影响因素为平均月收入及工作强度,"人际关系"维度得分率最高,"福利待遇"维度得分率最低;年龄及工作年限是影响协议医院医护人员对"联动型"医养结合模式满意度的因素;"被认可度"维度得分率最高,"养老机构护理员专业度"维度得分率最低.结论 进一步提高养老机构护理员福利待遇,提高专业素养,通过人才培养增加护理人才队伍;结合医院老年病专科建设,增加老年人慢性病防治、病后康复、失能老年人护理等养老服务,帮助养老机构逐步建立专业化医护团队;进一步增加老年医学人才培养,平衡医护人员医院与养老机构医疗活动.
Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the nursing staff of elderly care institutions and the medical staff of related de-partments in the agreement hospital in the"linkage"mode of combining medical care and nursing care,to identify existing issues and factors impacting satisfaction with this mode and also to propose feasible improvement suggestions and countermeasures.Methods Questionnaire and interview methods were used to investigate and analyze 34 medical staff in the geriatrics department of our hospital and 34 nursing staff in the agreement nursing institution.Results The influencing factors of nurses'satisfaction with the"linkage"model are average monthly income and work intensity,the score rate of"interpersonal relationship"dimension is the highest,and the score rate of"welfare treatment"dimension is the lowest.Age and working years are the factors that affect the satisfaction of medical staff to the"joint mode".The score rate of"recogni-tion degree"is the highest,and the score rate of"professional degree of nursing staff"is the lowest.Conclusions Further enhance the wel-fare benefits of nursing staff in elderly care institutions,improve professional quality,and increase the nursing personnel team through person-nel training.Combined with the construction of geriatric diseases specialty in hospitals will help elderly care institutions increase elderly care services such as chronic disease prevention and treatment,post-illness rehabilitation services,and care for disabled elderly people,and help elderly care institutions gradually establish professional medical teams;Further increase the training of geriatric medicine talents,and balance the medical activities of medical staff in hospitals and elderly care institutions.
