Objective This paper mainly analyzes the clinical effect of arthroscopic surgery in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods Randomly selected our hospital in May 2022~May 2023 included 78 cases of knee osteo-arthritis patients as study samples, according to the computer table method of patients equally divided into two groups:39 cases received extracorporeal shock wave monotherapy in the control group,39 cases received extracorporeal shock wave combined arthroscopic surgery in the experimental group, compare the two groups of patients before and after treatment pain score, joint mobility, clinical treatment efficiency index. Results Pain score, range of motion:no significant between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and between the two groups(P<0.05).Clinical treatment efficiency:the in-dex value of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The external shock wave treatment plan for arthroscopic surgery of knee osteoarthritis patients can effectively improve the patient's condition, reduce the patient's body pain,im-prove the patient's joint motion, and achieve the improvement of clinical treatment effect.
