Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint application combined with acupoint mas-sage treatment in gynecological laparoscopic patients after surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent gyne-cological laparoscopic surgery in Weifang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2022 to November 2023 were selected.According to different intervention methods,they were grouped into observation group(30 cases),control group(25 cases),and blank group(25 cases).The blank group received routine nursing intervention,the control group received acupoint injection of Weifu'an for treatment,and the observation group received acupoint application combined with acupoint massage for treatment.The clinical indicators of the three groups after surgery were compared.Results Af-ter intervention,the recovery indicators of gastrointestinal function of the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05);After intervention,the efficacy of the observation group and the control group was better than that of the blank group(P＜0.01);After intervention,the postoperative quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the other groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with acupoint massage can improve the symptoms of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction,improve the treatment effect,quality of life,and prognosis,and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of postoperative abdominal distension in gynecological laparoscopic patients.
