Objective To study the role of nutrition therapy in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods Eighty-one patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to March 2023 were included and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional treatment,the observation group adopted a nutritional treatment plan.After treatment,the satisfaction rate and burden were compared.Sexual emotions and indications for surgery.Results The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.56%,which was higher than the 85.00%of the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in negative emotion scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the difference was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05).The difference in gastrointes-tinal dysfunction rate was prominent(P<0.05).The control group was higher than the observation group.Comparing the nutritional status data of the two groups,the difference after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Colorectal cancer patients can improve their satisfaction rate when adopting nutritional treatment plans.In addition,they can also reduce negative emotions and complications and im-prove various nutritional indications.
