摘要

目的 观察穴位按摩联合中药灌肠在慢性盆腔炎(CP1D)治疗中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年12月～2023年12月我院收治的符合纳入标准的CPID患者75例为研究对象,根据患者意愿分为对照组、治疗1组和治疗2组,每组各25例.对照组采用抗生素静脉输注治疗,治疗1组采用中药保留灌肠并辅助相应护理千预,治疗2组在治疗 1组的基础上增加穴位按摩治疗.分别进行2个疗程的治疗,对3组临床效果进行比较.结果 治疗后,治疗2组临床症状改善程度及恢复时间均优于对照组和治疗1组(P＜0.05);治疗1组患者临床体征恢复时间明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗1组、治疗2组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗2组疗效优于治疗1组(P＜0.05).结论 穴位按摩与中药灌肠联合应用可有效缩短盆腔炎患者各临床症状的缓解时间,提高了治疗期间的舒适度并减轻了治疗痛苦,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract

Objective To observe the application effect of acupoint massage combined with traditional Chi-nese medicine enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods From December 2022 to December 2023,75 CPID patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group,treatment group 1,and treatment group 2,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received intravenous infusion of antibiot-ics,while the treatment group 1 received retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine and corresponding nursing in-terventions.The treatment group 2 received additional acupoint massage treatment on the basis of the treatment group 1.Perform two courses of treatment separately and compare the clinical effects of three groups.Results After treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms and recovery time in the treatment group 2 were better than those in control group and treatment group 1(P＜0.05);The treatment group 1 showed significantly better improvement in the recovery time of clini-cal signs compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effects of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05);Compared with treatment group 1,treatment group 2 showed better efficacy than treatment group 1(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint massage and traditional Chinese medicine enema can effectively shorten the relief time of various clinical symptoms in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.It improves comfort during treatment and reduces treatment pain.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
