基于CiteSpace软件对机械通气相关肺损伤文献的可视化图谱分析

摘要
目的 运用文献计量法对机械通气肺损伤相关文献进行可视化图谱分析,为相关研究提供新的研究思路.方法 检索中国知网数据库中1992 年1 月～2023 年8 月有关机械通气肺损伤的文献,使用CiteSpace对收集文献的作者、研究单位、关键词进行可视化图谱分析.结果 最终纳入文献1010 篇,最早始于 1992 年,核心作者有姚尚龙、张新日、冯丹、邱海波、俞森洋等;研究热点涉及机械通气、肺损伤、呼吸、人工等,近年来突现的研究热点有甲泼尼龙、炎症等.结论 围绕机械通气展开的关于肺损伤发生分子机制的研究始终是研究的热点,但团队之间的合作还有待加强.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the visual map of the related research on mechanical ventilation lung inju-ry,the literature metrology method was used,which provided new research ideas for related research.Methods Litera-tures on mechanical ventilation-induced lung injury from January 1992 to August 2023 were retrieved from CNKI data-base.CiteSpace was used to analyze the authors,research units and keywords of the collected literatures.Results A total of 1010 articles were finally included,which began in 1992.The core authors were Yao Shanglong,Zhang Xinri,Feng Dan,Qiu Haibo,Yu Senyang,et al.The research hotspots involve mechanical ventilation,lung injury,respiration,artificial and so on.In recent years,the emerging research hotspots include methylprednisolone,inflammation and so on.Conclu-sion The research on the molecular mechanism of lung injury around mechanical ventilation has always been a research hotspot,but the cooperation between the teams needs to be strengthened.
