医护融合外科管理路径在胰十二指肠切除术围手术期的应用

摘要
目的 观察医护融合外科管理路径在胰十二指肠切除术围手术期的临床效果.方法 选取2020 年1 月～2023 年 9 月我院肝胆胰外科接受胰十二指肠切除术治疗的 54 例患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组(各27 例).实验组按医护融合外科管理路径实施围术期管理,对照组给予快速康复外科理念管理.分析比较两组患者住院时间、住院费用、术后恢复指标及患者满意度的差异.结果 实验组住院时间、住院费用、总体并发症及再次穿刺置管的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者满意度优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对行胰十二指肠切除术的患者按医护融合外科管理路径实施管理,可以提高患者舒适度、降低住院费用、减少并发症的发生、加快患者康复、提升患者满意度.
Abstract
Objective To formulate and check the integrated medical and nursing surgical management in the perioperative period of pancreaticoduodenectomy.Methods A total of 54 patients receiving pancreaticoduodenecto-my in the Department of Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from January 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(27 cases each).The experimental group was managed according to the integrated medical and nursing surgical management,while the control group was managed according to the traditional concept of enhanced re-covery after surgery.The differences of hospital stay,hospital cost,postoperative recovery index and patient satisfaction between the two groups were further analyzed and compared.Results The length of hospital stay,hospitalization cost,o-verall complications and the incidence of re-catheterization were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction in experimental group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated medical and nursing surgical management path for patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy can improve patient comfort,re-duce hospitalization costs,reduce complications,accelerate patient recovery,and enhance patient satisfaction.
