"治未病"灸法对乳腺癌术前新辅助化疗患者QLQ-C30量表评分的影响

摘要
目的 观察"治未病"灸法对乳腺癌术前新辅助化疗患者在QLQ-C30量表评分方面的影响.方法 将收治的60例乳腺癌拟行术前新辅助化疗患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例,两组均常规化疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用"治未病"灸法.比较治疗一疗程、两疗程后两组患者QLQ-C30量表评分及治疗组一、两疗程后效果差异.结果 治疗一疗程后,治疗组与对照组在QLQ-C30量表中EF、CF、NV、PA、DY、AP 6个维度的评分有统计学差异(P＜0.05);治疗两疗程后,除以上维度外,治疗组在SF、QL、FA、IN、汇总评分5个维度的评分优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗组治疗一、两疗程后在QL、IN、AP、CO 4个维度有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论 基于"治未病"理论的灸法在提升乳腺癌术前新辅助化疗患者生活质量方面有确切疗效.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of"Preventive treatment"moxibustion on QLQ-C30 scores in patients undergoing preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.Methods Sixty cases of breast cancer scheduled for preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).Two groups were both treated with routine chemotherapy,while treatment group received"Preventive treatment"moxibustion on top of routine treatment.The differences in QLQ-C30 scale scores between the two groups fol-lowing one and two courses of treatment and the comparative effects of treatment group were observed after each treatment course.Results After first course,statistically significant differences were observed in the six dimensions of QLQ-C30:EF,CF,NV,PA,DY and AP(P＜0.05).After two courses,in addition to the aforementioned dimensions,the treatment group was also exhibited superior outcomes compared to the control group across five dimensions:SF,QL,FA,IN and treatment summary score(P＜0.05).The comparison results between two courses for the treatment group were significant in the QL,IN,AP and CO dimensions(P＜0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion,based on the concept of"Preventive treat-ment",has been shown to effectively enhance the life quality for patients undergoing preoperative neoadjuvant chemother-apy for breast cancer.
