Application of aidet communication mode in the context of internet+in functional exercise guidance after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair

目的 探讨在互联网+背景下AIDET沟通模式的护理在关节镜下肩袖修补术后功能锻炼中的应用及其效果.方法 选择潍坊市某三级甲等综合医院关节外科2023年3月～2024年3月接受择期关节镜下肩袖损伤修补术治疗的200例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各100例.对照组给予关节外科常规功能锻炼指导护理,实验组采用基于互联网+AIDET沟通模式的护理管理.比较两组患者入院时,干预6周、12周的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Constant-Murly肩关节功能评分(CMS)及患者术后12周对功能康复的满意度.结果 ①干预前两组患者VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P=0.960);干预6周后,实验组患者评分(2.37±0.76)低于对照组患者评分(2.75±0.80)(P＜0.05);干预12周后,实验组患者评分(0.46±0.50)显著低于对照组患者评分(0.64±0.48)(P＜0.05).②干预前,两组患者CMS评分差异无统计学意义(P=0.922);干预6周后,实验组评分高于对照组(72.84±11.55 vs 68.99±12.04,P＜0.05);干预12周后,实验组评分高于对照组(89.37±4.81 vs 87.71±5.00,P＜0.05).③干预12周后实验组患者总满意率高于对照组(98％vs 92％,P＜0.05).结论 基于互联网+背景下AIDET沟通模式的护理管理可建立医患之间良好的沟通渠道,对患者出院后功能锻炼具有良好的指导作用,促进肩关节功能的恢复,有利于提高患者术后肩关节功能康复的满意度,值得临床应用及推广.
Objective To discuss the application of AIDET communication mode in the context of Internet+and its effect in functional exercise after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.Methods Two hundred patients undergoing e-lective arthroscopic rotator cuff repair from March 2023 to March 2024 in Joint Surgery Department of a Class Ⅲ Grade A General Hospital in Weifang were selected as the study subjects,which were divided into control group and experimen-tal group with 100 cases in each group by random sampling method.The control group was given routine functional exer-cise in joint surgery,and the experimental group adopted nursing management based on Internet+AIDET communication mode.VAS score,Constant-Murly shoulder function score(CMS)at admission,6 weeks and 12 weeks of intervention,and patient satisfaction with functional rehabilitation at 12 weeks after surgery were compared between two groups.Results①There was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups before intervention(P=0.960);after 6 weeks of intervention,the patient score(2.37±0.76)was lower than the control group(2.75±0.8)(P＜0.05);after 12 weeks of intervention,the patient score was 0.46±0.5,which was significantly lower than the control group(0.64±0.48)(P＜0.05).② There was no significant difference in CMS scores between the two groups before intervention(P=0.922);6 weeks after the intervention,the score of experimental group was higher than the control group(72.84±11.55 vs 68.99±12.04,P＜0.05);12 weeks after the intervention,the experimental group was higher than the control group(89.37±4.81 vs 87.71±5.00,P＜0.05).③ The total satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(98％vs 92％,P＜0.05).Conclusion The nursing management approach incorporating the AI-DET communication mode within the context of Internet+fosters an effective communication channel between doctors and patients.This method notably guides patients in their post-discharge functional exercises,thereby facilitating shoulder joint function recovery and enhancing patient satisfaction with shoulder joint function rehabilitation after surgery.Conse-quently,this approach merits clinical application and widespread promotion.
