胃充盈超声评估小儿功能性消化不良治疗疗效的可行性研究

摘要
目的 探讨胃充盈超声评估复合凝乳酶胶囊联合奥美拉唑治疗功能性消化不良(FD)疗效的可行性.方法 回顾性分析2022年1月～2023年6月于我院儿科就诊的50例功能性消化不良患儿的临床及影像资料,分析其治疗前后的临床疗效、症状积分和影像改变.结果 治疗结束后的总有效率为90.0％.治疗前后餐后饱胀症状积分分别为(2.31±0.18)分,(0.69±0.06)分;早饱症状积分分别为(2.30±0.15)分,(0.69±0.08)分;腹胀症状积分分别为(2.23±0.49)分,(0.50±0.02)分;治疗前后胃排空50％时间分别为(66.77±6.22)min,(49.80±4.76)min,2 h 胃残留率分别为(29.12±4.92)％,(20.29±5.17)％,胃窦收缩指数分别为(0.40±0.02),(0.60±0.04),胃收缩频率分别为(3.82±0.06),(4.82±0.61).上述指标差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 胃充盈超声能够有效评估奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊联合复合凝乳酶胶囊治疗功能性消化不良的疗效.
Abstract
Objective To explore the feasibility via using gastric filling ultrasound to evaluate the efficacy of compound chymosin capsules combined with omeprazole in treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods Retrospective a-nalysis of the clinical and imaging data of 50 children with functional dyspepsia who were treated in the Department of Pediatrics from January 2022 to June 2023,and analysis of their clinical efficacy,symptom scores,and imaging changes before and after treatment were applied in research.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 90.0％.The scores of postprandial fullness symptom before and after treatment were(2.31±0.18)and(0.69±0.06)points,respec-tively.The scores of early satiety symptoms before and after treatment were(2.30±0.15)and(0.69±0.08)points,re-spectively.The abdominal distension symptom score of before and after treatment were(2.23±0.49)and(0.50±0.02)points,respectively.The 50％gastric emptying time before and after treatment was(66.77±6.22)and(49.80±4.76)minutes,respectively;The 2-hour gastric residue rates were(29.12±4.92)％and(20.29±5.17)％,the antral contrac-tion index was(0.40±0.02)and(0.60±0.04),and the gastric contraction frequency was(3.82±0.06)and(4.82±0.61),respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the above indexes between two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion Gastric filling ultrasound can effectively evaluate the efficacy of omeprazole enteric coated capsules com-bined with composite rennet capsules in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.
