摘要
目的 探讨中医耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷应用于2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的临床护理效果.方法 选择于2021年6月～2023年4月被我院收治的T2DM患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例.对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行中医耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷干预.比较两组心理状态、血糖水平及生活质量.结果 两组干预前心理状态、血糖水平及生活质量无差异(P＞0.05);干预后,观察组汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平低于对照组(P＜0.05);糖尿病特异性生活质量量表(DSQL)中各维度评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 中医耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷干预可有效控制患者血糖水平,缓解T2DM患者负面情绪,改善生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of auricular point sticking and pressing combined with acupoint sticking in the clinical nursing of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients.Methods Eighty-four patients with T2DM were selected,all of whom were admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to April 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine ear acupoint pressing combined with acupoint application intervention.The psychological status,blood glucose levels,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Compare the psychological status,blood glucose levels,and quality of life between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05);After intervention,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);The levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postpran-dial blood glucose(2h PBG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05);The scores of all dimensions in the diabetes specific quality of life scale(DSQL:Diabetes Specific Quality of Life Scale)were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine ear pressure and acupoint application intervention can effectively control blood sugar levels,alleviate negative emotions,and improve quality of life in T2DM patients.
