摘要
目前,我国进入老龄化社会,面临生育率下降、家庭功能弱化等现状,孤独感所导致的老年人心理与生理问题备受关注.本研究概述了老年人孤独感的现状、影响因素、测量工具和干预策略,旨在为制定合理的精神养老干预对策提供参考和依据.
Abstract
At present,China has entered an aging society,and in the face of declining fertility and weake-ning family functions,the psychological and physiological problems of the elderly caused by loneliness have attracted much attention.This study outlines the current situation of loneliness among the elderly and its influencing factors,meas-urement tools,and the current status of intervention strategies.The aim of this study is to provide references and bases for developing reasonable mental health intervention strategies for the elderly.
