The Construction and Experience of Entrepre-neurship Education Ecosystem in American Pub-lic Research Universities——A Case Study of North Carolina State University
Aiming to serve the social and economic development of the United States,public research universities actively construct the ecosystem of entrepreneurship education,and play the dual effects of talent training and regional development.North Carolina State University in the United States has built a system model of entrepreneurship education oper-ation,which takes teaching innovation system as the core,support system as the driving force,and operation system as the guarantee.In the teaching system of entrepreneurship ed-ucation,the school provides students with diversified courses and extracurricular activities of entrepreneurship education.In the support system,the school actively uses external re-sources,introduces diversified alumni funds,creates space for multi-style entrepreneurial activities,and unites the entrepreneurship system around the school to provide multiple im-petus for the expansion of entrepreneurial education.In the operation system,the school ac-tively constructs the interaction and symbiosis mechanism of various stakeholders in the en-trepreneurship education system,so as to provide guarantee for the high quality and sustain-able operation of entrepreneurship education activities.At present,China's entrepreneur-ship education has entered the development stage of improving quality and efficiency,so it should deepen the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities from the aspects of function positioning of various elements of entrepreneurship education,curriculum depth,management mechanism and external resources mining,so as to promote entrepreneurship education to a new height of development.
