家校社多主体协同参与:韩国革新教育区项目的特征与启示

韩国的革新教育区项目以家校社多主体协同参与为主要特征,旨在提升学生适应力,回归学校教育主阵地,并实现教育公平发展的目标愿景.该项目通过构建民官学治理的制度体系和完善财政、法律体系,强化相关主体之间的合作机制,增设校内外青少年活动设施与空间等主要举措,以提高社区教育资源的利用率与多方协同参与的积极性.此外,该项目构建了市政府、教育局、教育支援厅、学校、社区、家长、学生等多元主体协同参与的评价机制和以综合性评价为主的评价管理模式,实现了多主体协同育人、协同治理的教育模式.
Collaborative Participation of Multiple Parties from Family-School-Community:Characteris-tics and Inspiration of the Innovation Education District Project in Korea
The main characteristic of Korea Innovation Education District Project is collaborative participation of multiple parties from Family-School-Community.which in-tends to enhance students'adaptability,returning to school education,and achieve the goal of educational equity development vision.This project aims to establish public-private gov-ernance system,improve the financial and legal systems,strengthen cooperation between subjects,and increasing the space for youth activities inside and outside the school.Intend-ed to improve the utilization rate of community education resources and the enthusiasm for multi-participation.The project has established an evaluation mechanism with the collabor-ative participation of the Municipal Government,Education Office,Office of Education Sup-port,Schools,Communities,Parents,and Students.An evaluation management model main-ly based on comprehensive evaluation.The educational model of multi-subject co-educa-tion and co-governance is realized.The main characteristic of Korea Innovation Education District Project is collaborative participation of multiple parties from Family-School-Com-munity.Intended to enhance students'adaptability,returning to school education,and achieve the goal of educational equity development vision.This project aims to establish public-private governance system,improve the financial and legal systems,strengthen co-operation between subjects,and increasing the space for youth activities inside and outside the school.Intended to improve the utilization rate of community education resources and the enthusiasm for multi-participation.The project has established an evaluation mecha-nism with the collaborative participation of the Municipal Government,Education Office,Office of Education Support,Schools,Communities,Parents,and Students.An evaluation management model mainly based on comprehensive evaluation.The educational model of multi-subject co-education and co-governance is realized.
