BK21第四阶段首尔大学的发展战略研究

摘要
旨在建设世界一流大学的韩国BK21工程已经实施了二十多年,现已进入第四阶段,更加重视对高层次研究型人才的培养.基于此,首尔大学在教育、研究、产学合作等创新领域确定了新的发展战略,并通过一系列的战略举措努力达成战略目标.其在实施过程中所面临的问题和经验值得我们进一步总结和思考,即在大学层面要优化经费支出结构,凸显大学特色;构建多元化评价和管理制度,促进大学教育公平;扩大产学合作范围,加强与区域的合作.
Abstract
The BK21 project in South Korean,which aims to build a world-class uni-versity,has been implemented for more than 20 years,and by the fourth stage,more empha-sis has been placed on the cultivation of high-level research talents.Based on this,Seoul National University has identified a new development strategy in the innovative fields of ed-ucation,research,and industry-academia cooperation,and has endeavored to reach its stra-tegic goals through a series of strategic initiatives.The problems and experiences faced in the process of implementation are worthy of further summary and reflection,namely,opti-mizing the structure of funding expenditures at the university level to highlight the universi-ty's characteristics;building a diversified evaluation and management system to promote eq-uity in university education,and expanding the scope of industry-academia cooperation to strengthen cooperation with the region.
