弱势学校高质量发展的评价学审视——基于德国学校奖的分析

摘要
德国学校奖是德国影响力最大的学校荣誉之一,让那些虽属弱势但经过改革创新取得显著成果的学校有了展示机会.该奖项评价理念先进,评价方法和流程公开透明,评价指标体系全面.对18年间获奖弱势学校的资料分析发现,德国弱势学校面临的问题主要是由于教育分流地位较低、学生家庭社会经济背景不佳等因素造成的.获奖学校在管理、教师、学生、课程、学习及教学方式上有诸多特色和改革创新举措,取得了超过期望的教育成果.在深化教育评价改革的背景下,德国学校奖可在多个方面为我国的中小学评价提供参考.
Abstract
The German School Award is one of the most influential school honors in Germany,which gives a chance to disadvantaged schools that achieved remarkable achieve-ment via reform and innovation.The award has advanced evaluation concepts,an open and transparent evaluation method and process,and a comprehensive system of evaluation indi-cators.An analysis of the texts of award-winning weak schools over the past 18 years re-veals that the problems faced by the schools are mainly caused by their low educational streaming status and the poor socio-economic background of their students'families.The award-winning schools have many unique features and reform initiatives in management,teachers,students,curriculum,learning and teaching methods,and have achieved educa-tional results that exceed expectations.In the context of deepening education evaluation re-form,the German School Award can provide reference for primary and secondary school evaluation in China in many aspects.
