发展中国家技术赋能教师专业发展的经验与借鉴

教师专业发展是培养有效教育者的关键因素,能够助推学生全面成长.然而,在发展中国家,教师通常无法像发达国家那样获得充足的专业发展机会,教师的实际专业能力和学生的学习需求之间存在巨大差距.随着科技的迅猛发展,信息技术为教师教育提供了强大动力,尤其在那些已经开始重视教师专业发展但资源受限的发展中国家.便捷的双向通信、视听媒体功能和移动设备,已成为教师专业学习、辅导反思、获得支持等的有力工具,有助于教师专业发展质量的高效提升.本研究通过回顾近年来部分发展中国家在技术赋能教师专业发展相关领域的研究和案例,提取整合经验与启示,回应当下教师专业发展存在的需求和挑战,为后续教师专业发展提供支持建议,从而促进教育质量的提升.
Empowering Teacher Professional Development with Technology:Experience in and Inspirations from Developing Countries
Teacher Professional Development is a critical factor in cultivating effective educators who can further promote the comprehensive growth of students.However,compared with developed countries,teachers in developing countries often lack sufficient professional development opportunities,which result in a significant gap between their actual professional capabilities and students'learning needs.With rapid advancement of technology,information technology has provided strong impetus for teacher education,especially in developing countries that have begun to prioritize teacher professional development but still facing scarcity of resources.Convenient two-way communication,audio-visual capabilities,and mobile devices can serve as powerful tools facilitating teacher professional learning,coaching,reflection,and support acquisition,which effectively enhances the quality of teacher professional development.This paper reviews the research and cases related to technology-empowered teacher professional development in developing countries in recent years,summarize and integrates experiences and insights,responding to current needs and challenges in teacher professional development,offers supportive suggestions for future teacher professional development,thereby contributing to the enhancement of educational quality.
