AU Digital Education Strategy:Motivations,Actions and Values
In order to comprehensively promote the digital transformation of education in Africa and empower the inclusive and high-quality development of education,the Africa Union(AU)has issued the Digital Education Strategy and Implementation Plan,which draws a strategic roadmap for the development of digital education in the AU region from the year 2023 to 2028,and establishes the AU's regional inclusive and high-quality education ecosystem empowered by digital technology through strategic actions such as new infrastructure support,return to authentic connotation,evidence-based decision-making guidance,and security governance assurance.The AU Digital Education Strategy fully embodies the value orientation of digital technology enabling education equity,international education assistance highlighting the value of humanism and rationality,and cyber security and ethical governance ensuring the"goodness"of digital technology.
