国际教育质量测评项目的数字化进展

借鉴国际先进经验创新测评技术方法、推进我国教育质量监测的数字化发展是当前深化教育评价改革的必然要求.通过对PISA、NAEP、TIMSS等国际教育质量测评项目分析发现,其在数字化方面呈现出如下特点:采用情境化、交互式、自适应工具设计,提供数字工具辅助学生作答,深入测查学生的高阶认知能力;借助自动化程序和数据管理系统实施自动评分、数据清理和质量控制,提高数据管理的效率和质量;分析学生过程性数据,揭示学生认知过程中的"黑箱";基于读者的个性需求,有针对性地呈现测评结果,提高数据结果的可视化程度.借鉴国际测评经验,建议我国教育质量监测推进人机交互式测评任务的研发,加强数字化测评的基础性研究;发挥我国特色领域的数字化测评技术优势,利用人工智能及其协同技术推动数据分析方法的更新;加强监测结果报告的顶层设计,探索自动化、可视化的监测结果呈现形式.
Digitalization Progress of International Educational Quality Assessment Projects
Drawing on the international advanced experience to innovate assessment technology and promoteing the digitalization of China's education quality monitoring is the inevitable requirement to deepen the reform of education evaluation.The analysis of PISA,NAEP,TIMSS and other international education quality assessment projects revealed following digital features.The tools design follows contextual,interactive and adaptive principles.They provide digital tools to assist students in answering questions,and to measure students'higher-order cognitive ability.Implement automatic scoring,data cleaning and quality control with automated procedures and data management systems to improve the efficiency and quality of data management.Analyze students'process data and reveal the"black box"in students'cognitive process.Based on the individual needs of the readers,the evaluation results are presented to improve the visualization of data results.Drawing on the experience of international assessment,it is suggested that China's education quality monitoring should promote the research and development of human-machine interactive assessment tasks and strengthen the basic research of digital assessment.Give full play to the advantages of digital evaluation technology in China's characteristic fields,and use artificial intelligence and its collaborative technology to promote the update of data analysis methods.Strengthen the top-level design of monitoring results report,and explore the automatic and visual presentation form of monitoring results.
