Policy Evolution & Practical Exploration of the Digital Transformation of Education in Sweden and Its Implications
Sweden places an emphasis on the development and promotion of digital transformation in education,striving to create new models and pathways for global educational digital transformation.Based on the macro planning and deployment of the Swedish government to achieve digital goals,research reveals that the digital transformation of education in Sweden has undergone three key stages:initial exploration,rapid development,and deepening transformation.During the deepening transformation phase,Sweden primarily focused on practical exploration in optimizing resource allocation,enhancing teachers'digital literacy,updating curriculum content and strengthening digital assessment to address various challenges arising from digital transformation and the COVID-19 pandemic.Simultaneously,the study found that Sweden,in the process of advancing educational digital transformation,demonstrates the value options to highlight government coordination,to adopt a human-oriented philosophy,and to construct a diverse and collaborative transformation ecosystem.Overall,the policy planning,practical exploration,and values exhibited by Sweden during the practice of educational digitalization transformation provide important reference for China's efforts.
