Changes and Responses:The Four Dimensional Path of Artificial Intelligence Education Legislation
Normalizing the educational application of artificial intelligence through systematic legislation is an important path to achieving Chinese modernization in education.Artificial intelligence has brought new opportunities to different educational subjects,but it also raises challenges to educational equity and security,and risks human subjectivity of self disintegration.Currently,the new round of legislative work has provided a historical opportunity to address the aforementioned risks,but the high degree of uncertainty in the application of artificial intelligence in education also poses challenges for legislation.The logical approach of artificial intelligence education legislation lies in consolidating existing innovations and addressing the risks and legislative challenges associated with the application of artificial intelligence in education:Firstly,popularize artificial intelligence education resources and consolidate the pattern of artificial intelligence empowered education;Secondly,respond to short-termed & superficial risks through technological due process;Thirdly,resolve the profound & deep risks through the use of artificial intelligence by teachers with solid professional ethics;Fourthly,building a diverse normative system and agile governance mechanisms to address the uncertainty of risks and avoid the shortcomings of traditional governance methods.
