冲击作用下钢护筒复合桩塑性区形成及迁移机制

为探究钢护筒复合桩在冲击作用下塑性区形成和迁移机制,基于经摆锤冲击试验验证的钢护筒复合桩船舶撞击数值模型,通过对比钢护筒复合桩(SCC桩)和普通钢筋混凝土桩(RC桩)塑性区产生和发展的异同,以及不同钢护筒尺度下基桩塑性区的形成和分布规律,深入分析了钢护筒复合桩在冲击荷载作用下塑性区域的产生和演化情况,探索了钢护筒长径比和厚径比对基桩塑性区域的影响规律.研究表明,钢护筒缩短了冲击作用下基桩的塑性区发展时间,使同种桩基中不同桩身位置的塑性区的产生部位趋于一致,增加了基桩参与受力的范围;钢护筒人土深度的增加和厚度的减小均导致基桩塑性区域向钢护筒包裹段转移,厚度偏小的钢护筒容易在冲击荷载作用下产生局部屈曲,导致基桩远离冲击侧也产生塑性区.
Formation and Migration Mechanism of Plastic Zone in Steel Casing Composite Piles Under Impact
In order to explore the formation and migration mechanism of plastic zone in steel casing composite pile under impact,based on a numerical model of steel casing composite pile ship impact verified by pendulum impact test,the differences and similarities in the generation and development of plastic zone between steel casing composite piles(SCC piles)and ordinary reinforced concrete piles(RC piles)were compared,as well as the formation and distribution of plastic zone in foundation piles at different steel casing scales,an in-depth analysis was conducted on the generation and evolu-tion of the plastic zone of the steel casing composite pile under impact load,and the influence of the length to diameter ratio and thickness to diameter ratio of the steel casing on the plastic zone of the foundation pile was explored.Research has shown that the steel casing shortens the development time of the plastic zone of the foundation pile under impact,making the plastic zone of different pile posi-tion in the same pile foundation tend to be consistent,and increasing the range of the foundation pile participating in the stress;The increase in soil penetration depth and the decrease in thickness of the steel casing both lead to the transfer of the plastic zone of the foundation pile to the steel casing wrap-ping section.Steel casings with smaller thickness are prone to local buckling under impact loads,leading to the formation of plastic zone when the foundation pile is far away from the impact side.
