Revenue Distribution Model of Public Building Energy-saving Renovation EPC Project Considering Carbon Trading
In order to solve the problem of unreasonable revenue distribution in public building ener-gy-saving renovation EPC projects considering carbon trading, this paper firstly analyzed the interests of all parties and applied the Shapley value method to initially distribute the overall benefits available for distribution.Secondly, the two ex-ante determinants, cost input and risk sharing, were introduced in combination with the TOPSIS method to determine the correction coefficients to correct the initial distribution value, and a modified Shapley valued revenue distribution model was constructed. Finally, the model was applied to a renovation project in Beijing. The results show that project partici-pants,including the carbon demand side, can benefit from the project, verifying the feasibility of in-troducing carbon trading in public building energy efficiency retrofit EPC project. In the case of maxi-mising the overall benefits, the proposed model can coordinate the distribution ratio of the benefits of each participant,so that their payoffs and benefits are more compatible and more in line with the in-terests.
