;Under the national strategic background of high-quality development and the new develop-ment concepts,improving the quality management mode and method of engineering survey and design,and continuously improving the quality of survey and design are the only ways to realize the green and low-carbon transformation of the construction industry.Firstly,reviews the existing research on survey and design quality management;secondly,on the basis of previous research results and the concept of collaborative design,builds a survey and design project quality management system model to lay the foundation for green design.Based on collaborative management theory,by integrating stakeholders,life cycle and total quality management,constructing a structural model of integrated collaborative quality management of survey and design,providing a theoretical framework for improving the quality of survey and design;then,using semi-structured interview to conduct in-depth interview on the aforementioned model,and the final model was formed after modification based on the interview opinions.Finally,the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project is taken as a case to verify the research conclusion.The interview conclusions and case studies show that the research re-sults have good theoretical and application value,and have a certain role in promoting the high-quality development and green and low-carbon transformation of the construction engineering survey and design industry.
