From Passive Response to Active Handle:the Dual Differential Effects of Psychological Capital and Safety Motivation on Proactive Hazard Perception Behavior of Construction Workers
To promote the shift of construction workers hazard perception from passive to active,re-duce the occurrence of safety accidents, focused on proactive hazard perception behavior.Based on social cognitive theory and self-determination theory, this paper used empirical research method to ex-plore the dual differences in the proactive, foresight and transformative effects of psychological capital and safety motivation on construction workers'hazard perception behavior, and considered the moder-ating effect of safety motivation. The results indicate that compared with safety motivation,psychologi-cal capital has a stronger impact on the initiative, foresight and transformative nature of hazard per-ception behavior. In terms of the initiative and transformative nature of hazard perception behavior,re-silience and autonomous safety motivation have the strongest impact, and resilience has a greater im-pact.In terms of foresight nature of hazard perception behavior, hope and controlled safety motivation have the strongest impact, and hope has a greater impact.Autonomous and controlled safety motivation play a limited moderating role in the refined impact of psychological capital on proactive hazard perception behavior. The study extends proactive behavior to the field of construction safety and focuses on hazard perception scenarios. The results can provide scientific suggestion for promoting the shift of hazard perception among construction workers from passive to active,in order to prevent safety accidents.
