Research on the Evaluation of Green Transformation of Construction Enterprises Based on Game Theory Combinatorial Weighting-TOPSIS Model
The green transformation of the construction industry is an important measure to achieve the"carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutrality"strategy,and it is of great significance to clarify the level of green transformation of construction enterprises to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.Based on defining the connotation of green transformation of construction enter-prises,this paper constructed an evaluation index system for green transformation of construction en-terprises from six dimensions:green input,output,management,innovation,image and strategic planning.Game theory combination weighting and TOPSIS evaluation model were used to rank and e-valuate the green transformation level of construction enterprises,and the results were analyzed.The results show that the effect of green transformation of China's listed construction enterprises is not sig-nificant.The green awareness is not unified among enterprises,and the green transformation and inno-vation capabilities are insufficient.The transformation of various sub-sectors is significantly differentia-ted.The development of regions is uncoordinated,and the spatial pattern of eastern,high,and west-ern regions is generally present.Based on that,suggestions and strategies to promote the green trans-formation of construction enterprises are put forward from the enterprise,industry and regional levels.
