摘要

本文以中国知网为数据来源,基于2900篇期刊文章,借助CiteSpace文献计量工具,分析了我国建筑信息模型(BIM)技术应用于绿色建筑领域的研究现状和发展趋势.通过文献计量分析BIM技术应用于绿色建筑的相关研究文献数量,构建关键词及关键词聚类的知识图谱,从知识基础、研究热点和演进趋势三方面分析该领域的研究现状和演化趋势.研究结果表明,绿色建筑的BIM技术应用研究大体经历了四个阶段,2019年开始处于稳定发展阶段;已有的研究多关注绿色建筑某一阶段的BIM技术应用,未来可进一步探究绿色建筑全生命周期BIM技术的集成应用.

Abstract

Taking the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)as the data source and em-ploying the CiteSpace bibliometrics tool,this paper analyzes the research status and development trends of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology applied to green buildings in China based on 2900 journal articles.The research status and development of BIM technology application in the field of green building in China are mainly explored from three aspects:knowledge base,research hotspots and evolution trends.This is explored by analyzing the knowledge graph of the number of re-search literatures,keywords,and keyword clustering.The research results show that the application of BIM technology in green buildings has generally experienced four stages.It has been in a stable devel-opment phrase since 2019;the existing research has mainly focused on the application of BIM tech-nology at a certain project stage of green building.Future research is suggested to explore the integrat-ed application of BIM technology throughout the whole life cycle of green buildings.
