基于BIM的消防验收方案自动生成方法

传统的消防验收依靠验收人员根据施工图纸抽取验收点位进行,存在工作量大、易受人为主观因素干扰等问题.在全国推行BIM设计的大背景下,本文提出了一种基于BIM的消防验收方案自动生成方法.本文结合现行消防验收规范和报验建筑的BIM,实现基于BIM自动生成三维建筑空间中的消防验收点位.在此基础上,考虑BIM的空间结构,根据路线最短等要求,采用蚁群算法规划出优化的消防验收路径,并通过实验验证了该算法的可行性.最后,生成消防验收方案辅助验收人员完成验收工作.基于BIM的消防验收提高了消防验收流程的自动化程度,减轻了消防验收工作的负担.同时,相比于人为主观选取,基于BIM自动选取验收点位更能体现验收工作的客观性和公正性.该方法对消防验收工作具有一定的现实意义.
Automatic Generation Method of Fire Protection Acceptance Plan Based on BIM
The traditional fire acceptance relies on the acceptance personnel to select the acceptance points according to the construction drawings for acceptance,which has the problems of large workload and easy to be interfered by human subjective factors.In the context of the national imple-mentation of BIM design,this paper proposes a method of automatic generation of fire acceptance pro-gramme based on BIM.This paper combines the current fire acceptance specification and the BIM of the reported building to achieve automatic generation of fire acceptance points in the three-dimensional building space based on BIM.On this basis,considering the spatial structure of the BIM and accord-ing to the requirements such as the shortest route,an ant colony algorithm is used to plan an opti-mised fire acceptance path,and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified through experiments.Final-ly,the fire acceptance programme is generated to assist the acceptance personnel to complete the ac-ceptance work.BIM-based fire acceptance improves the automation of the fire acceptance process and reduces the burden of fire acceptance work.At the same time,compared with human subjective selec-tion,BIM-based automatic selection of acceptance points can better reflect the objectivity and fairness of the acceptance work.This method has certain practical significance for the fire acceptance work.
