"抗滑棚洞"结构优化及工程应用

"抗滑棚洞"为一种具有边坡支挡功能的框架结构.为揭示其受力机理,对结构受力进行优化,首先分析其受力模型,并给出数值模型建立方法;然后通过不同结构参数和型式的有限元分析,利用结构位移和弯矩的对比,得出结构参数的优化建议;最后通过工程应用,说明支护效果和应用前景.研究结果表明:"抗滑棚洞"设计时宜尽可能选择小跨度;高跨比宜在0.4~0.8之间;桩的嵌固深度按悬臂长度1/2即可;地基支撑刚度对结构受力的影响不敏感;桩、梁的抗弯刚度比宜取1.5~2;多层结构型式的受力较单层结构更优,拱式框架型式的受力较矩形框架更优;根据典型工程的应用,"抗滑棚洞"可提供较大的结构刚度抑制超高顺层边坡变形,从而实现对这种边坡的支护.
Structural Optimization and Engineering Application of"Anti-sliding Shed Tunnel"
The"Anti-sliding shed Tunnel"is a frame structure with slope support function.In order to reveal the force mechanism and optimize the structural force,this paper firstly analyzed the force model of structural and give the numerical model establishment method;then using the finite element numerical simulation of different structural parameters and structural type,we used the comparative a-nalysis of structural displacement and bending moment to derive its structural;Finally,through practi-cal engineering application,described the effectiveness of the support and prospects for the applica-tion.The results show that:the span design of"anti-sliding shed tunnel"should be as small as possi-ble;the height span ratio of 0.4~0.8 is reasonable.Piles can be embedded to a depth of 1/2 the length of the cantilever.The foundation support stiffness is not sensitive to the structural force.The flexural stiffness ratio of pile and beam should be 1.5~2.The force of multi-layer structure is better than that of single-layer structure,and the force of arch type frame is better than that of rectangular frame structure.According to the application of typical projects,the"anti-sliding shed tunnel"can provide large structural rigidity to inhibit the deformation of ultra-high bedding slope,thus realizing the support of such slope.
