3D打印混凝土材料长期与耐久性能研究现状

近年来,混凝土 3D打印技术快速发展,其应用范围从建筑景观向房屋结构与桥梁等承重结构转变.混凝土材料优异的长期和耐久性能是3D打印结构化发展和应用的关键和保障.本文从微细观非均质结构、收缩开裂性能及耐久性能三个方面对3D打印混凝土材料进行分析评估,明确影响耐久性能的主要因素,为优化3D打印混凝土材料性能提供科学的指导和建议,进而推动3D打印在土木建筑领域的快速和高质量发展.
Research Status of Long-term and Durable Properties of 3D Printed Concrete Materials
In recent years,the application area of 3D concrete printing technology has shifted from ar-chitectural landscape to house,bridges and other typed load-bearing structures.Therefore,the favora-ble long-term and durable performance of 3D printed concrete materials is of crucial significance to promote the structural application.This paper evaluates 3D printed concrete materials from three as-pects:miscrostructure heterogeneous structure,shrinkage cracking performance and durability per-formance,to clarify the main factors affecting the durability performance.This paper can provide sci-entific guidance and suggestions for optimizing the performance of 3D printed concrete materials,thereby promoting the rapid and high-quality development of 3D printing in the field of civil engineer-ing and construction.
