摘要

高校作为培育优质人才的重要场所,肩负着培育具有全球视野、通晓国际规则,承担国际交流合作任务高端人才的重任.在阐述高校国际跨文化交际人才培养的必要性基础上,从课程改革、教学改革、师资队伍建设等方面提出一带一路背景下吉林高校国际跨文化交际人才培养对策.
