摘要
光绪三十一年(1905 年),侯鸿鉴于江苏无锡建竞志女学,成就了无锡第一所具近代性质的女学.文章通过对竞志职业课程内容的梳理,从课程的设置因素、设置情况、特点、意义等多个角度,探讨其职业课程的合理之处,从而丰富相关研究.文章认为,竞志紧跟时代发展,在各方面成就可观,其中职业课程的发展更是值得称道.其职业课程内容丰富,涉及各学段.在低学段,设缝纫、手工、图画等科目,尤其学生缝纫成绩受到时人广泛赞扬;在中学阶段,除上述科目外,增设教育、教育心理等师范科目为就业做准备.在办学前期曾专设师范科,设置年限虽短但也是竞志职业课程的一大亮点.文章采用文献资料法、案例分析法等研究方法,得出结论:竞志职业课程对当时女子学校职业教育的发展、职业人才的培养,以及女性解放事业等具有重要意义.
Abstract
In 1905,Hou Hongjian established Jingzhi Female School in Wuxi,Jiangsu Province,which was the first modern female school in Wuxi.This paper reviews the connotations of vocational curriculum of Jingzhi Female School.From various perspectives including overall setting factors,setting situation,characteristic,significance,this pa-per explores the rationality of its vocational curriculum to enrich relevant research.The paper argues that since the es-tablishment of the school,Jingzhi has closely followed the development of the times and made remarkable achievements in many aspects,especially in the development of vocational courses.Its vocational course content is rich,involves each study section.In the lower grades,it set sewing,handwork,drawing and other subjects.In particular,students'sewing performance has been widely praised by the people of the time.In the middle school stage,in addition to the above subjects,teacher subjects such as education and educational psychology are added to prepare for employment.In the early stage of school,there was a special teacher training course.Although the period is short,it is also a highlight of Jingzhi vocational course.This paper adopts research methods including literature review,and case analysis,and draws the conclusion that the Jingzhi vocational course was of great significance to the development of vocational education in female schools,the training of professional talents,and the cause of female liberation at that time.
