虚拟空间语言景观研究——以国内公办语言类高校官网为例

摘要
语言景观是社会语言学、符号学、社会学、翻译学等多个领域的研究热点和前沿课题.随着虚拟化技术和虚拟化环境的发展,语言景观研究逐渐由物理空间向虚拟空间扩展.在互联网信息时代,语言类高校官网在为学生、家长、教职工乃至整个社会提供信息和服务方面发挥着愈发重要的作用.由此,该研究以国内 11 所代表性公办语言类高校官网语言景观为研究对象,呈现并系统分析其语码取向、字刻、置放等特征,总结官网语言景观设计中存在的突出问题,以点带面,助力国内高校官网语言景观建设,为未来虚拟空间语言景观研究提供一定参考.
Abstract
Linguistic landscape is a research hotspot and frontier topic of many disciplines including sociolinguis-tics,semiotics,sociology,translatology,etc.With the development of virtualization technology and virtualization envi-ronment,studies on linguistic landscape expands from physical space to virtual space.Against the background of the Internet age,official websites of 11 representative domestic public language universities plays an increasingly important role in offering information and service to students,parents,university faculty and staff as well as the society.Taking virtual linguistic landscape(VLL)of these websites as research objects,this paper aims to present and systemically ana-lyze features manifested by code preference,inscription and emplacement,and summarize prominent problems existing in these VLL,fan out from point to area,to assist domestic universities VLL construction and provide further reference to future VLL studies.
