The Shaping of Public Products for Global Communication of Chinese Science Fiction——Analysis Based on the Intercultural Communication and Global Communication Perspectives of Science Fiction World
In recent years,the global communication of Chinese science fiction literature and art products has gradually attracted attention from all over the world.As the science fiction magazine with long existence,great influence,and long development,Science Fiction World(SFW)is the most representative brand publication of global communication in Chinese science fiction literature and art.In the history of science fiction communication in China,since its founding,SFW has served as the leader of Chinese science fiction creation and dissemination to deliver Chinese voices in the world,and has shouldered the heavy responsibility of cross-cultural com-munication.Therefore,the article mainly adopts the methods of case studies and in-depth interviews to examine and analyze the ele-ments related to the magazine's branding—the creativity and visual communication of cover symbols,and the drawing of the brand's textual blueprint of sci-fi imagery,to explore its branding and leading role in the cross-cultural communication of Chinese sci-fi,as well as to draw a map of Chinese imaginative power to share with the world the value of Chinese sci-fi in the global communication.
