A Research Review on Community Reading Promotion of University Libraries in China
The promotion of community reading is an important measure for university libraries to participate in the public cul-tural construction under the wave of national reading.By sorting out the relevant research on community reading promotion in univer-sity libraries in China,we find research hot spots,summarize research results and discuss research gaps,in order to provide reference value for community reading promotion in university libraries in the future.It is found that at present,university libraries in China have formed a preliminary theoretical basis and have certain practical experience in the field of community reading promotion,etc.The relevant research focuses on the object of reading promotion,the mode of reading promotion,the dilemma and countermeasures of reading promotion.There are also simple research content and method,which need to be further discussed in relevant feasibility,uni-versity and community needs,effectiveness assessment,and international experience;empirical research and standardize research methods should be strengthened.
