As the unique value and function of culture determines that children and teenagers need to draw a constant stream of nutrients from the excellent traditional Chinese culture,internalize it in their hearts,and externalize it in their behaviors,the"Double Reduction"policy has been implemented.Since the implementation of the"double-decrease"policy,it has become increasingly im-portant and urgent to optimize and enrich the cultural supply of children and youth,and to promote the matching of supply and de-mand to fill the"after-school vacuum".The article observes the education reform practice after the implementation of the"double-minus"policy from the perspective of cultural product supply and demand research,summarizes the current situation of the develop-ment of children's and teenagers'cultural product and service supply inside and outside the classroom,and analyzes in detail the contradiction and dilemma of the mismatch between supply and demand of children's and teenagers'cultural products and puts for-ward optimization paths in targeted ways.In order to implement the value of the"Double Reduction"policy and optimize the supply of children's cultural products,it is necessary for schools,the government,public cultural institutions and other multi-party bodies to work together,and leverage the potential of the digital interconnection to create a child-friendly,adaptable and efficient cultural product supply system.
