The integrated development of library and cultural tourism is not only in line with the needs of the development of the times,but also an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of public cultural industry.The integrated development of cultural tourism in the new era will be the main theme,which is not only an important measure to promote the high-quality develop-ment of public cultural undertakings in the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,but also to further enhance the soft power of libraries and Henan's cultural tourism industry.This paper reviews the existing practice models of libraries under the background of cultural and tourism integration in Henan Province,which mainly include theme library construction,local characteristic resource library construc-tion,library + local characteristic scenic spot,library + research and study travel,from which some inspirations are obtained.Coun-termeasures are explored from four aspects:establishing service brand,expanding service scope,deepening service concept and train-ing service talent team,to provide some references and suggestions for the deep integration and innovative development of the library and Henan cultural tourism.
