[Purpose]To explore the inspiration of proactive informal organizations for the construction of mass culture in the new era,meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the masses,and continuously improve the practical ability and possession level of mass culture.[Content]The article analyzes the classification types of informal organizations,clarifies the necessity of active informal organizations participating in the construction of mass culture,and points out the positive function of informal organizations.[Method]By using literature review and interview methods,we aim to understand the current situation of mass cultural construction in the new era,conduct in-depth research on the spirit of the National Conference on Propaganda,Ideology and Cultural Work,and provide sug-gestions for mass cultural construction in the new era.[Results and Conclusion]The construction of mass culture in the new era should take the spirit of the National Conference on Propaganda,Ideology and Culture as the action guide and fundamental adher-ence,and propose suggestions for the construction of mass culture from four aspects.
