Practice and Reflection on the Promotion of Children's Picture Books in Public Libraries from the Perspective of National Reading—Taking Ningxia Library as an Example
National reading has been widely concerned by the whole society,and the promotion of children's reading is the focus of national reading promotion work.The diversified content and intuitive image colors of picture books are conducive to stimulating children's reading interest and improving children's reading ability and learning potential.Taking the children's picture book reading promotion activities carried out by Ningxia Library as an example,this paper proposes that at this stage,public libraries should pay more attention to children's picture book reading services,expand children's picture book reading space,improve the quantity and quality of picture books in collection,strengthen the construction of professional personnel,carry out diversified and regular picture book reading promotion activities,expand the scope of publicity,enhance social influence,improve children's reading awareness,guide children to fall in love with reading and read healthily,and further promote the national reading promotion activities.
