Anthropological Analysis of Local Medicine—Taking Dong Ethnic Medicine as an Example
This paper takes dong ethnic medicine as an example to conduct an anthropological analysis of local medicine.Rural medicine is a medical method based on traditional experience and observation,focusing on the physiological characteristics of indi-viduals and the biological mechanism of disease.At the same time,local medicine pays attention to the impact of environment on health and emphasizes the harmonious coexistence with nature.From the perspective of ethnic medicine,local medicine is the product of specific ethnic culture,which is closely related to the history,belief and values of Dong nationality.The application and integration of local medicine in modern medicine can provide new ideas and methods for modern medicine.In the practice of Dong ethnic medicine,traditional medical methods include herbal therapy,acupuncture and massage,which have unique characteristics and ef-fects.Anthropological analysis of vernacular medicine is important for understanding and protecting the cultural heritage of ethnic medicine.
